The bar service lacked consistency—sometimes the lobby bar would be closed when I wanted a drink. The water taxi services were fantastic for getting around and definitely added to the convenience of my stay. I appreciated the cleanliness of the pool area, though there were a couple of murky days during my visit. Communicating activities and events could really use improvement, as I felt like I had to wander around to figure out what was happening. Overall, Sunset Marina had its charm but faced some significant areas needing improvement.
