Perfect and peaceful location, and meals were good!!!

The room was well-equipped with a balcony, I felt comfortable there.

The hotel was spotless with a nice design. I was upgraded to a modern a single room where clean poorly. Caring staff at check-out, gave a few recommendations. The unbeatable and quiet location was around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Tortuga Beach. A flea market and stores were right next door.

The stuff was caring and amazingly attentive providing the information. It had quiet location a short way from Aquatours Cancun. And the area was pretty quiet, near to a beautiful beach.

The spacious rooms provide comfortable beds and stunning views of the lagoon. The friendly and knowledgeable staff, like Diego and Raul, go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The food is delicious and offers a great variety each day. Additionally, guests can relax and enjoy a drink at one of the several bars available.

The poolside service is often understaffed, resulting in longer wait times for drinks and no food service.

Stayed here for a week and got the best smile , approachable staff at the reception area, “Sigrid “ the best staff ever.

The housekeeping service was not good at all. I gave tip every day but I wasn’t impressed at all with their job. Not a single day. They don’t have skills to make a guest feel comfortable with a clean room. Reservation department wasn’t good for details I emailed them many times but still same mistakes.

Beautiful family-friendly hotel with really cool staff members at check-out. Location right by the sunset marina and downtown in the other. Also, close to many shops and restaurants. Tidy room with a balcony, super location. Great breakfast at the grill, excellent drinks.

I had a great time staying here. The room was spacious and cleaned well every day. The staff were all very helpful, and I particularly loved the pool barman who kept our cocktails and beers flowing by the pool every day. The location is also perfect, with easy access to the main street and beach shuttle service available. I also appreciated the 24-hour room service and outdoor swimming pool.

I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Spotless hotel, loved to be next to Playa del Carmen and various activities and fun in general thanks to marvellous location. The rooms were huge with a balcony, the staff were great.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! We got great value for our money and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, with a lovely view over the lagoon. The staff treated us like family, they were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay.

Hotel breakfast could use improvement with a wider variety of options available.
